Terms and Conditions for Public Workshops

1. Introduction
Welcome to Tri-Valley Art Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your ticket purchase, registration, and attendance at our public workshops, as well as your use of our website (www.trivalleyartlabs.com). By purchasing a ticket or attending a workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Registration
Payment: Tickets for all public workshops must be paid in full at the time of online booking to secure your spot.
First-Come, First-Served: Workshop registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.
Minimum Attendance Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any public workshop if the minimum number of required participants is not met. If we cancel a workshop for this reason, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
3. Cancellation, No-Shows & Weather
Ticket Policy: Tickets for public workshops are strictly non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If you cannot make it, you may give or sell your ticket to a friend to attend the workshop in your place.
No-Shows: If you miss a public workshop without prior notice, your ticket is automatically forfeited, and no credit, transfer, or refund will be issued.
Inclement Weather: In cases of extreme weather or unsafe travel conditions, Tri-Valley Art Labs reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. Your ticket payment will be applied directly to the newly scheduled date. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued.
4. Conduct & Alcohol Policy
Responsible Behavior: For public workshops where alcohol may be permitted or served, participants must be of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service or request the departure of any participant who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or acting inappropriately.
5. Limitation of Liability & Waivers
Art Supplies & Staining: Our public workshops use high-quality, non-toxic art materials (such as acrylic paints and brushes). While Tri-Valley Art Labs provides aprons for participant use, some paints and mediums can still permanently stain clothing, upholstery, and surfaces. We strongly advise wearing appropriate attire you do not mind getting dirty.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in a workshop, you assume all risks associated with the activity and explicitly release Tri-Valley Art Labs, its venue partners, instructors, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury or personal property damage.
Minors: For any public workshops designated for children, a parent or legal guardian must remain present to supervise. Tri-Valley Art Labs is not responsible for the supervision, custody, or care of minors.
6. Media & Photography Waiver
Consent: By participating in our public classes, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our staff. You grant Tri-Valley Art Labs the right to use these images and videos across our website, social media feeds, and promotional marketing materials without financial compensation.
Opt-Out: If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our instructing staff in writing or in person prior to the start of the workshop.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, painting designs, steps, and materials provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Tri-Valley Art Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or sell our designs or instructional materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating the Effective Date on our website.
